01 / The Beginning
The Full Story
Rooster was an athlete before he was anything else.
Team captain. College scholarship. NCAA All American honors inside a nationally ranked program. He understood discipline, competition, and what it takes to push a body to its limit.
Then he became a United States Marine, and the Corps did what the Corps does. It asked everything. He gave it.
The price came due over time.
Left shoulder, capsule torn off, rotator cuff shredded
Labrum torn, full shoulder reconstruction surgery
Screws in his neck
Two TBIs
One eye gone
Right rib cage crushed, lung punctured
Bad neck and back, bad hips, two bad knees
The Price
Every Man Has A List
This list is not here for sympathy. It is here because most Men reading this have one of their own, whether it came from a uniform, a job site, a ball field, or forty years of showing up anyway.
You know the list. We do not talk about it. We just carry it.
Civilian Life
Life Kept Moving.
After the military came the civilian world.
Corporate work, then building businesses, then marriage and kids, and every responsibility that lands on the man a family depends on.
Somewhere in all of it, health took a back seat.
He went from 201 pounds to 265. Not overnight. A little at a time, the way it always happens.
02 / The Turn
The Night Everything Changed.
Until one night after a shower, when he looked in the mirror and did not recognize the man looking back.
He was fat, soft, in pain constantly, depressed, angry, and too aggressive. In his own head he was still a Marine and still an athlete.
The Marine was gone. The athlete was gone. The man his wife married was gone.
He had every excuse available to stay that way. The injuries alone would have given him a free pass.
I didn’t take it.
He spent years reading hundreds of peer reviewed studies. The influencers had never been hurt, so their systems were useless to him. The gear and steroids route was not an option. Running three hundred miles a month was not happening on those knees.
Nobody is running three hundred miles. Not the man in the video, and not the man selling you his program.
Nothing out there was written for him. So he built a new system from the ground up.
One that works with serious injuries, works with pain, and works for a Man with no time, a family, a mortgage, and a real life.
That system became Iron Rooster.
Today Rooster is 65 years old — and in the best shape he has been in for 30 years.
Built For Reality
With Everything He's Been Through.
Blind in one eye. Screws in his neck. Rebuilt shoulder. Knees that have seen better days
And he is in the best shape he has been in for 30 years.
Not in spite of everything his body has been through. With everything his body has been through.
If his body can do this, yours can too.

Off blood pressure medication. Off pre diabetes medication. Off pain medication. Off statins.
Metabolic age below 50, at 65 years old, with screws in his neck, two TBIs, a crushed foot, one eye gone and one compromised, and a rebuilt shoulder.
This is not a before and after photo shoot. This is a man who refused to quit.
04 / Why We Exist
The Iron Rooster Mission
Iron Rooster exists to help Men rebuild what modern life has taken away, including the veterans and first responders who gave the most to get here.
This is not a fitness app and it is not another fad program. It is a system built by a man who lived the problem and then engineered the solution from the ground up.
Your family deserves a strong man.
Your life demands discipline.
Your body deserves better.
We are all wounded. Every Man who has carried a load for years has a list. We do not talk about it, we just carry it.
At 40 that load gets heavier. Men must be strong, and modern life is designed to make us weak.
Iron Rooster was built to fix that. For Us.
